The bridge, which is 87 metres long and 14.10 metres high, takes the line across the Schobse Valley 1.5 kilometres west of the municipality of Gehren. It crosses the valley at a maximum height of 10 metres. It is located between the Brandkopf Tunnel to the south and the Lohmeberg Tunnel to the north.
