Fact and figures

The Baumleite Tunnel is located between the municipalities of Theuern, Truckenthal and Grümpen. Tunnelling began towards the south at the north portal. The excavated material is being taken from the north portal to the Galgenberg landfill next to the cutting at Theuern.
