The Lohmeberg Tunnel, which is 688 metres long, goes under Lohmeberg at a maximum depth of 60 metres. It is bordered by a steep slope in the Schobse Valley, where its southern portal is, and a gently rising slope at its northern portal. The land above this tunnel is also primarily managed forest.
